58423 - Revising Purchase Orders with Pending Obsolete Items
Description:
Introduce option to permit revising a purchase order that already contains a line with a pending obsolete item, whether it be modifying the existing line with a pending obsolete item or adding a new line with an item that is active.
Our procurement department can create change orders for POs that already contain obsolete items. Change orders can be created for various reasons, not limited to the following:
- The cost of an item has changed
- The delivery date of an order has changed, possibly due to lead time changes
- The order quantity is being increased or decreased for a line
- A line is being added or removed (because of an additional delivery date or no further deliveries will be made)
