When we want to remove items from a contract which we no longer want to keep in the inventory, the item must be changed to OBSOLETE.

If we do that that item can never ever be brought back to life in that storeroom.

Similarly when we want to make an item obsolete in an inventory we cannot do that with an open contract. we have to disable all the contracts and then remove it, this should be removed
